Get out there, open your eyes, walk/jog/run if you can.  

Look up and all around.  

Look, See, Listen, Smell, Touch, Taste (the safe things!) Peace.  

Sit on a hill and just be! Sunrise, sunset, mountains, trees, flowers, rivers, skies,  moon, stars and wildlife. Appreciate nature’s beauty. Breathe in clean, fresh air.  Take time to breathe and savour it all. Savouring the detail of just a small leaf.  This is mindfulness too!
