There is no doubt that building up mindfulness into a meditative space within you  takes practice. It takes time and grit to continue. Be aware of your breath, your  silence, the inner you and your consciousness. Start with 2 minutes. Increase to  

10-15 minutes a day. Use this as your very own therapy to deal with the every day.  Learn it properly – the benefits are life-enhancing. Go on a course, there are many out  there. I had no idea that meditating was such a powerful tool. I became calmer and  more accepting again. 

Learn to be calm and present in the moment in  our daily lives, and spend time learning how.  It will be one of the most valuable investments  of your life.
