Meet Libbla, International Wellbeing practitioner, specialising in Midlife support for women and an author of two Wise journals.

Her approach to her MIND BODY LIFE program is deeply rooted in continuous learning from all we experience, reflection and an empathetic understanding of the human condition. 
 
At various stages of life, often in the peri-menopausal years, our hormonal decline, we start to question ourselves or our behaviours and can easily slip into a place of negativity, a loss of understanding, a loss of self-worth and sadness. We know we cannot be in smooth water all our days, physical and mental challenges are part of life, the magic is to recognise them, learn from them and reframe our mindset to reignite with a positivity to thrive again.
 

Libbla, with her expertise in Positive Psychology and Personal Training, along with 25 years of experience in people management, her study of Reiki, Breath and Meditation now channels her extensive knowledge into MIND BODY LIFE to provide you with strategies for individuals or women’s businesses of all sizes.
